Arizona Gaming Guide Fun Bus Trips Official Rules - Posted February 05, 2012

1. DEFINITIONS: The Arizona Gaming Guide Magazine (AGG). AGG Fun Bus Trips (Program). Any rider on any bus (Participant).

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal residents in the state of Arizona who are 21 years of age or older at the time of participation and are eligible to be enrolled or are already enrolled in the destination casino's Player's Card program. Participants must pay the indicated cost when they board the bus. Participants must submit the registration form above in order to reserve their seat on a bus. AGG staff will then verify via e-mail or phone each Participant's registration at our sole discretion. AGG cannot guarantee that each submission of a Registration Form will reserve a seat on a bus. AGG reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and without having to disclose a reason.

3. CONTESTS/GAMES WHILE IN TRANSIT: Some Participants may be eligible to win prizes while on the bus to and from a destination casino. Odds of winning prizes depends on the number of eligible Participants on the bus. Some contests/games may involve skill. Friends, family, and employees of destination casinos and AGG are not eligible to win prizes.

4. GENERAL: Each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AGG and its affiliated entities from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from the Program and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against AGG or its affiliated entities. Any attempt by a person to undermine the legitimate operation of this Program is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, AGG reserves the right to seek all legal and equitable remedies against any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Additionally, any attempt to cheat the Program, as determined at the sole discretion of AGG, may result in other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all existing and future Programs and contests. AGG reserves the right to cancel Program at any time.
