Some videos embedded on our website and posted to our Social accounts are presented without sound to remove disruptive background noise/language and to protect privacy/copyrights. Music used on such videos is provided by Adobe and is their sole copyright. All videos contain copyrighted material which is either owned by a slot machine manufacturer (and their subsidiary/parent companies) and may include third party licensed material. Videos depict gambling at regulated and licensed casinos. Gambling is entertainment for adults 21 years of age or older and involves monetary risk. Individual player experiences will vary from what is depicted in videos. Videos do not endorse the depicted game, selected wagers, speed of wagers, length of time played, or bankroll. Videos are edited for time and content. Once posted, videos represent past, fixed outcomes of gambling activity.

AGG cooperates with law enforcement agencies and gaming regulatory agencies in identifying those individuals and organizations who use or intend to use our products for illegal activities or otherwise engage in illegal activities including gambling. Therefore, AGG responds to subpoenas, warrants or other court orders regarding information concerning any Readers related to illegal gambling activities. AGG will, at its discretion, disclose information if AGG believes it is required to do so by law, believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect AGG from legal liability or believe AGG needs to do so to protect someone's safety or the integrity of AGG's products.

AGG does not knowingly or currently use Artificial Intelligence (AI) content (including, but not limited to, text, translation, image, or video). We require our staff, vendors, and all clients to disclose AI-generated (initially created by AI regardless of edits) and AI-assisted (using AI to edit after something was created without AI) content for potential copyright and intellectual property concerns. AGG is not responsible or liable for AI-generated or AI-assisted content. If AI-generated or AI-assisted content is used, AGG will make every effort to denote the content as AI.

For Advertising Clients:

We reserve the right to run existing ads if updates are not provided by the materials deadline. We do not proofread ads and are not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect or missing information, production problems or layout errors. Invoices and electronic tear sheets are emailed on the 1st of each month and payment is due upon receipt via company check payable to PRAVA ENTERPRISES. A late fee of $100 per month is assessed after 30 days. Agencies and advertisers assume dual responsibility for prompt payment of invoices. Switching to an agency or switching agencies immediately resets all ads to rate card prices. Termination requires payment at rate card of all advertisements run, including value-added. Rates are confidential.

AGG reserves the right to refuse service to any advertiser for any one of the following reasons: missed deadlines, unprofessional conduct, lack of timely communication, unpaid invoices, inappropriate images (of any media category), advertised products or services not in alignment with our core mission and values, and if we believe our audience may negatively perceive the advertisement and its association to our brand.
